Montgomery Shillington, Lawyer

Mr. Shillington opened his Woodstock office in 2004. Prior to 2004, Mr. Shillington practiced commercial litigation in association with a large firm in London, Ontario. Mr. Shillington received his LLB at Osgoode Hall Law School in 1993 and his BA (Hons) at McGill University in 1989.

Michael Odumodu, Lawyer

Mr. Odumodu's areas of practice include business law and commercial litigation. In 2006 he completed his Certificate of Qualification at Osgoode Hall Law School. Mr. Odumodu obtained his LLB, (Hons) from the University of Buckingham, in the UK, in 2003. In 1996 he completed a BA in Political Sciences at the University of Western Ontario.

James Spiroff, Lawyer

Mr. Spiroff joined our office as a Litigation Associate in 2015. Prior to joining our firm, Mr. Spiroff articled at a large, full-service law firm in Southwestern Ontario. Mr. Spiroff completed his Juris Doctor degree at Osgoode Hall Law School in 2014 and earned a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree from the University of Windsor in 2011. Mr. Spiroff's practice includes civil and commercial litigation as well as labour and employment law.

Alex MacDonald, Lawyer

Alex MacDonald joined our firm as a Law Student in 2016 while attending Law School at the University of Western Ontario where he earned his Juris Doctor degree in 2018. Alex articled with our firm commencing in 2018 and joined our firm as an associate lawyer in 2019 where he practices in civil and commercial litigation. Prior to joining our firm, Alex was a member of the Canadian Forces as an Aerospace Control Operator with the North American Aerospace Defence Command.

Madeline Huether, Paralegal and Office Manager

Mrs. Huether has worked with Montgomery Shillington Law Office since October 2006. Mrs. Huether earned her Paralegal Studies Honours Diploma from Westervelt College in London Ontario in 2004.

Lindsay Phillips, Legal Assistant

Ms. Phillips joined our office as a Legal Assistant in October of 2014. Prior to joining our firm, Ms. Phillips earned her Law Clerk Diploma from St. Clair College in Windsor Ontario in 2009.

Dana Wipperman, Legal Assistant

Ms. Wipperman joined our office as a Legal Assistant in April 2019. Prior to joining our firm, Ms. Wipperman earned a Law Clerk Honours Diploma in 2017 & Honours Business Administration Diploma from triOS College Business Technology Healthcare Inc. in London, Ontario in 2018.
